At present Our Firm is conducting several labour law and service law matters, dealing with Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc. for Private Clients, Statutory Corporations, etc. at the District Courts level, High Court level (Delhi and Outside Delhi) and the Supreme Court level.
 
In India, the legislation is pro labour. However such hurdle could be taken care of by expertise in the field drafting of appropriate pleadings on behalf of the employer and the art of cross-examination, which eventually demolishes the case of the labour.
